Just get it running first, fuelling may well be all over the place, but not going bto do any damage idling at a fast idle, so you can check for leaks etc, just take it easy, till you have had fuelling checked, they won't go for outright power when checking on a new engine just get it safe enough to run in.
VITAL don't use synthetic oil yet until at least 1000 miles, and don't pussy it once set up.
