I discovered quite recently that the last date to apply for this is 28 Feb, and the last date for the test itself is 28/4.

My car hasn't come back from painting yet, and he says it will be another two weeks (but he says that every 2 weeks!)

Popped into the LVLO today to get the gen on the Individual Type Approval replacement for the SVA and they have no info at all - in fact, they didn't even know SVA applications closed on Friday!

Their best advice was to apply for the test and request a date at the end of April. present the car, whether it is ready or not, and if it doesn't pass I have 6 months (up to 28/10) to get it completed and passed before the door closes.

However, the application has to be in Swansea on Friday so I've spent ages this evening filing in the forms and copying loads of receipts, and printing photos of the build.

Wish me luck or my £190 could be wasted cash!
