I have steam cleaned seat before with good results but it takes a long time to dry.Luckily I did them when it was summer time.Another good way if you dont have access to a proper machine is to take the covers completely off and put them in the washing machine.Mine came out like brand new .Its a peice of piss,just remember to take ALL the rods out.I left one in ripping the seal on the washer door and it blew up .
