Ye well i tried the polite and sensible route yesterday took me 10 phone calls and in the end i had to phone him every 5 mins till he picked up lol, he said he has no money so go through the insurance so i thought fine problem solved. He then phones me today and says that he has phoned his insurance company and they laughted it off and said it wasnt his fault which they probably would as he no doubt didnt tell them he was balls out and it could have been avoided.

Tbh if he doesnt admit liability i'm pretty much fucked(just like he will be when i see him again) and if he had rolled through it like i did and the damage was done then ye it was 1 of those things but the fact he just powered through it all just boils me piss and makes it his fault cause it could have been avoided or at least less damage done to me bike.
