Gary's Evo for one runs 2-bar flat.
Let's not start a war on this one and agree to disagree?? We've done alot of work with most of the boost controllers on the market and in my opinion a strong simple controller reigns supreme, against a fancy gadget packed controller that can't control the boost very well.
You need to try driving a big power FWD car on track mate
Seriously, if you have a GT30 and a 2 litre engine, then coming out of a 4000rpm 2nd gear corner trying to modulate the boost with the throttle, really doesnt work very well, having a setup that actually takes the throttle as a user request parameter and delivers the appropriate boost accordingly makes it massively more driveable.
Its hard to explain how good it is to someone who hasnt tried it setup properly in the first place TBH.
