Had to relist my psp on ebay due to a non payer, got a few bids and a 0 feedback buyer won. I sent the request for money paypal bill to them and waited a day and then got shown a symbol of an egg timer on the payment part (payment pending)
So i decided to wait for another day and keep checkin paypal for clearence, still not clear
and no funds from that person
I checked my ebay account last night and it's come up with the winning bidder no longer registered.
I've now had this email sent to me..

Is it worth reporting them to ebay as a scam if they are no longer a registered user?
