The DIY kits are non starter. With out the electrostatics the fibres do not stand on end or embed in the adhesive.

Basicially you will end up with un even clumps of what looks like hoover dust that will fall off if you even think about touching it.

There are a few people on here that have tried it. I suggest you speak to one of them and find out how they got on before wasting your money.

I get dashes all the time from people who have tried the frost kit first. One guy had spent £90 on three kits to cover an impreza dash and was threatning legal action to get his money back he was so disapointed.
