Default Can YB NA Heads Be Used for turbo application

Basically i've been offered a complete engine but is Normally Aspirated, but at the price he wants its worth buying just for the head alone, as it been completely worked on both sides and polished by a well known company.

The way i see it NA worked heads are developed to allow air to flow as quickly and as smoothly as possible into the combustion chamber?

So what im asking is could this head be removed, Turbo cams be put in and used on a proper YB lump for turbo use? or would this be completely wrong?

Also when doing NA YB's do they deck the head to raise CR or generally raise CR up by piston choice and decking the block?

Sorry its such a twisted question but im bored and when im bored i spend money
