yea cheers mate i no the old pry bar or separator trick but honestly this 02 corsa the inner cv was burried into the gearbox casing there was no way of getting a bar behind it and just a shallow lip, and a deeper lip that the boot sat on to get a grasp over and i couldn't get to them with a pry bar or even move it with a slide hammer wedged against the lip to try and shock it out, i'm amazed no one has made a tool even snap on's fork tool wouldn't of got this one cos it had no access to the back of the cv, a clamp type bearing puller would of done it but would have to be self fabricated i'm just amazed there hasn't been anything that has been made for really hard access shafts
