Joking about cancer is one thing, some people might find it offensive, others don't. Personally I don't as it's a part of life. People die in road traffic accidents and we still joke about it. (Princess Di jokes, etc.)

What makes this here so different is that most of the jokes seem to say "good riddance to her", which is totally out of order, TBH.
if tony blair was dying of cancer would you feel the same?
what about gordon brown?
or george bush?
or gary glitter?
or nelson mandela?
or ian huntley?
or the queen?

you take it as you feel about the individual, so some on the list will be "good ridance " and some will be "oh no "
