sorry to hijack but i got the same problem.

i only done 700 miles on the rear one i changed and its is not allowing the wheel to spin freely now. took the drum round my mates garage and got him to do it, all done proper. all i can think of is i over tightened the drum to the hub? i didnt know what the torque setting was so just done it till it felt secure.
