Hi Rich170, you mean the resonator chamber I assume....yeh I agree that would be an easier option. I have wondered why the resonator is there....is it to make it quiter or louder...I am assuming quiter...

Once removed, do you have to cover it with any mesh or does the filter stop all the unwanted crap...
