thansk for the reply guys . think i might have to have another look and some more head scratching .

all the wiring is around the back of the clocks . the wires that are connected are an earth and 1 wire spliced into one of the wires on the back of the clocks(maybe for illumination??) then there is 3 loose wires on the right hand side behinde the clocks.

Obviously they will need to connect to something as at the mo its only earthed and illuminated . what do they have to be connect to to work?
