There used to be 100million but there seems to be a few missing nowadays, was it something they ate?

In the last 30 years or so, some person or body of persons have suggested, not all at the same time, that everything we eat is bad for us.

Usually followed a couple of years later by a different body of people saying the same things ARE good for us.

Eat what you want / fancy don't worry about it, just don't eat anything in massive excess.
