the oil in the link above is spot on for the front and rear diff - but for the box itself - you need the specififc ford stuff that makes it super smooth - castrol equivelint it called FMT - you only need 1.3 litres. then some dextron 3 ( 0.5 litre) for the transfer box.

they are rattly old boxes at the best of times though - when hot they make a right old racket.
