I guess the lack of salt on the roads combined with old bloke owner is the reason that it looks like its only done about 40k.. Its done 70 with a very full SH
So anyway, looks good, drives well, but who'd leave that alone?
I see potential.
My thinking is this...
With a few changes (sump, engine mounts, waterpump..) the 1.8tdci would fit in the place of the td.. along with the wiring harness, HP fuel pump and an intercooler. I would imagine with a hybrid turbo and some re mapping.
A pause over the clutch but I wonder P100..
Using Cosworth brakes, springs, dampers, anti roll and brace up front and Cosworth Axle assm at the rear, brace included..
15" or 16" factory black steel rims
I've been out of the loop for a while and I'm not sure what can or cant from the little fancy above, but I want a clean running responsive and torquey toy that will stun me and make me smile.
I dont want heaps of smoke, which is why i'm thinkin of tdci, and 150bhp will see me in the 300's for torque I think and thats got to be fun at the rear wheels.. So who can advise me on my little project?
Thanks in advance.

Does anyone happen to know if the 2.0 tdci 130 is the same block? and if so, was it stroked or bored??
Thanx
