No idea for your location, but most people who repair leather should be able to source suitable leather and be able to coat it with correct colour. Try a furniture repair place as they are often good at this sort of job. Someone I know had a dog rip the back of a settee and after a replacement panel was dyed and sewn in it was impossible to see the difference.
