Had a search but could not find the 100% guidelines/rules on them? Ie when can you give someone an infraction?

As i think quite a few people on here are dicks and half the spout they shit is crap etc. However i do not necessarily feel the need to give and infraction, as imo its their pure blind view.

I think the only way you an infraction should occur is if someone personally abuses you or is blatantly racist etc?


Can we have clear guidelines as i feel atm the system is being abused. If these have already been posted, sorry but I could not find them. Maybe worth posting it again?
