HI,
OK, since fiddling with the 4x4 PF09 TPS it now runs much better, this was causing problems with the idle and poor running / CO.

I have slackened of the screw's that hold the TPS, and move it slightly. It now it revs at 2k after being fully warmed up, but the idle doesnt drop any lower than 2k even if i adjust the idle screw.

i think i need to set up the TPS correctly.
anyone know how i should adjust the 4x4 TPS PF09 so that it is spot on..
what voltage/ohms should i be looking for with ignition on and idle..??
idle screw - clockwise = more rev, anti-clockwise = less.??
If i discount the Idle speed control valve from warm, the revs just drop and cuts out unless i hold the revs with the throttle.

if i move the TPS slightly out it starts but doesnt hold any idle, sits below 500rpm and cut out.

thanks for everyone who has replied and for the tuners who have offered advise, Mark (MAD), Stu (MSD), Karl (NMS).. etc.
Manoj
