What time do you get up? Try having a later breakfast and dinner and tea to compensate for your late night problem times. Eating after a certain time is rubbish, as long as your not having a 3 course meal 10mins before bed it wont cause any major problems.

What sort of things are you eating late at night though? Fruit and yoghurt or maybe scrambled eggs etc would be ok, nothing too heavy or hard to digest.
