the bracket which holds the caliper is about 5 mm thick this is why your wheels have come out, as for the wheel hitting the spring, will have a guess,


have you tried a differnt wheel on the side that hits the spring, may be a problem with the wheel??? or mabey the shocks bent a bit?
all i could say my self is take the shock off and check it and also check the rears are level because if one side is higher it will shift a little more weigh on the other side?

can you not trim your arch part on the bumper where it rubs?

when i put 17 on my fiesta the rear tyres were touching the spring adjuster even with 3mm spacers. while other have no probs? might of had the wrong off set wheels?
