Not sure what is wrong with the seat, whether its the runners or not. Just want to sort it cheaply! Otherwise I'll end up in a garage being suckered into having as much done as possible.

Is it possibly to spray a car by oneself? I wouldn't do it, I don't even know the average cost for professionals to do it
