Its easy done actually

Ok,
This problem is deffo a cookie issue as the session validation document is on YOUR machine, not the PF server.

You will have to delete the cookies on your machine that relate to "passionford"

When you are sucessfull, after turning your machine off then back on you will find at www.passionford.com you will have to put in your userame and password again.

This "should" fix the problem.
