Default FAO Plumbers.....

just after a bit of advice really if thats cool, I've got a fairly modern boiler at home that is telling me there is 'insufficient pressure' in the central heating system, when I click the thermostat it comes on but after about ten minutes it goes off again and gives me the above warning light. But, if I click reset it all starts working again!

What could it be? is there a leak somewhere? does it sound like a simple thing to sort? or do I need to get the pro's in

I have next to NO knowledge on all things pipes, unless I'm smokin somethin outta them

Thanks for any help
