Its not so much against misconduct etc as they allow facebook, yahoo, hotmail through, just some random sites that should be fine are blocked - even the ft.com (financial times) was blocked and its a global bank with 73k employees!!!!!!

From home was my next step, but am sure there used to be websites available where you go to, enter the url within that and it routes it through via the site?
