I wouldn't class that as OCD, more just being practical. I always keep my phone in my left trouser pocket and keys and change in my right. That way my phone doesn't get scratched and, being right handed, loose change and keys fall to hand easily.
I did used to have a 'habit' when I was younger, I would always check my shoes every few steps. Probably because I was always standing in dog shit.
