And I agree a car like this deserves it, but I also have to think about me in all this
. I want to be able to use the car with out feeling guilty and safe in the knowledge that if it does get a bit wet or dirty (which it will with out summer) it wont be a big deal.
Nah mate dont go that far if you are wanting to use it! If you go grey underside and get it too near concours you wont use it! Thats why i went black underneath with new nuts n bolts etc but not original/concours. I just wanted a mint car that i could use and be proud of kinda thing! Ive even clear waxoyled many areas of mine underneath, but it still looks mint and shiney when you nosey under there...so if anyone looks it looks nice n shiney, but all the prone areas are waxed!
