not in my experience - are you talking about when the car is at idle and resting at -16?
no, I'm talking about when you put your foot down and the car starts to boost, I've found with all the gauges mentioned above all their needles vibrate and rattle when 'crossing' into positive boost. I dont want to buy one and then it rattlle, it would piss me right off !!
