You're doing the right thing though mate, hold out for the right one because it'll be worth it in the end.

PS Who are you doing your HPI with, because there are some good cheap websites that are doing them now.

The only area I've found it lacking on in the past is if there is finance outstanding, but I think they even do more on that side now.
