1. Yes, but you'll want bigger injectors.
2. Anything that fits and works. Focus RS is nice and simple.
3. For 200bhp, a T25, T3 or equivalent will suffice.
4. Yes it'll work fine. You can keep the EEC-V in there to drive other bits on the car and run MS just for the engine.

And note, you'll want some uprated valve springs.
