Personally, and just from what you have posted on this thread, I think you need to get shot of one of your toys to be honest. If you get say £10000* for that cosworth in your sig, then that pays that worker you where going to lay off for approx 2 years or more and nothing from your lifestyle really changes. The other option is for the babys mother to go back to work when her maternity leave is up.
