No matter who you use your service will come down a BT line & it will be Openreach (part of BT) who will connect it as Openreach work on behalf of all SP,s & ISP's except Virgin who have their own network in certain places. If you go with Sky it still comes down a BT copper pair & Openreach come out on behalf of sky.
