It will allow you to run more boost so YES you will make more power once it's fitted and then setup on the R/R!

Or to save time you can just fit the 5th injector to where the blanking nut is in the first place

Way off the mark there mate...

The average metering units fuelling capacity tops out at around the 200bhp mark (some will do more and others less!) so to run more boost and as a result make more power you need to give it more fuel, this is why you fit a 5th injector.
It is generally fitted into the CC pipe and injects directly into your charge air as it passes (as in the photo above) and as a result DOES fuel all 4 cylinders evenly.
Your tuner will map it to your boost via a controller which will allow your fuel pressure to be turned down a bit (giving you better off boost economy and drivability) but still maintain the correct fuelling when under load!
IMO if wanting more power on MFi it's the only way forward!

You can use pretty much use any injector but will need the controller to run it.
I have one if you need it, brand new never been fitted still in it's box with instructions PM me if interested.
