looks like they didnt ease you into it with a light session 1st, so no wonder it was painful
but like u say, even if u only do it enough to lighten it, makes a coverup easier and with betetr results
Ive been told not to put anything on it!! But i do have some bio oil as it has been fab on some of my other scars!
Apparently the laser strength they used was quite weak... they started at 7.1 and apparently i will go up to 10!!!
