This is more than likely I'd say , these cars are older than I am at this stage and have been valuable for a long time now so there's been plenty of them restored etc there can't be too many neglected but rot free one's left

There's another question as well , if this car is fairly solid but has had some panels replaced due to an accident (properly) , in theory it could be a better car overall than one which has rotten and been welded all over
