Being an RS, and an old one at that, i think thats even MORE reason to hpi it mate. At the end of the day, whats the point in throwing buckets of cash restoring a write off or stolen recovered car? Say an S1 is worth £6k fully restored, being a write off instantly puts the value down to around £3k, (maybe £4k at the most), not to mention the fact that youll massively reduce your market, so you'd be better off spending a bit more on a car with clean history in my opinion. Its just false economy.
