thats where mine came from. Came with 8 massive bolts and loads of different fasteners and wall plugs and stuff. Went up dead easy and never had any issues with it
Quality is pretty good I reckon, came painted silver with stainless bolts holding the tilty bits together with good nylocs on and a little handwheel adjuster for fine tuning the tilt
