The rules state that the worst shot goes first, then the next worse, then the best shot. This carrys on until only one man is standing - the winner.
Adam is the best shot, Brian the second best, and Charlie is the worst shot, so Charlie goes first.
Brian first.
He shoots Brian in which it makes Charlie the next worst shot, so then he takes Adam out with his next shot.
