i would hardly call what he is doing whining. and getting your mates to do the old 'phone up and see if they answer' routine is hardly a crime. and maybe hes not the confrontational type of fella, maybe hes not comfortable going down all guns blazing, at least until there is no other option. as it turns out public name and shame tends to be a good option for givin people the royal kick up the arse

personally id be voting in favor of any kind of feedback system stu n the admin can come up with, as iv bought plenty in the past from sellers on here, and luckily iv only been stung once, but that was solved pretty quick with a public name n shame and all turned out well
