i have had the same thing happen when ive tried to get quotes from price comparison websites i put in my details then it comes up with a price i click the link to confirm details with website i want to purchase it from, scroll througth to see details are correct and im now a mrs or i have 2 extra no claims years that i hadnt put down.

i would check your other policy just to make sure thats not knackered aswell.
