I appreciate you are trying to improve the site but the only reason for this, is to improve revenue.. Just take a look at all the adverts etc.. then you get redirected clicking on a link.. Oh yeah, its not about the money

However, if it was twisted round so that the ORIGINAL poster said he had something to give away etc, then it would be moved if it was posted in the wrong section, as GD is not the place for these posts. This is also to encourage people to be more pro-active in supporting the site, as you're unlikely to go to the effort of becoming a gold member unless you were planning on being here for the long haul. Basically in my opinion PF is like a relationship - you get out what you put in
