My i tunes is really fu**ing me off, now im upgraded to the latest version, or so its telling me in my device`s information

Everytime i try and buy a song it says i cant because im not running version 7.2 or later, now i click to upgrade and it takes me to a bit and it wont take me any further!!!

Will i just smash it up now or what
