them wheels were sold as ears motorsport wheels, i never saw any that were magnesium. i have had rl5's and the place i got them from reckoned raceline were somthing to do with speedline iirc theres a few wheels called rl. anyway the ears wheels are ok but if your after magnesium you want to check with ears first as i think they arn't.
ears sells only compomotive wheels now as far as i saw when i was there
fair enough but the guy who has them was an ex prodrive employee spanner lad who used to do a lot for the ford boys ,he also told me he helped out the likes of gwindaf evans back in the day on testing days etc etc .. and he says they were a set he kept for sentimental reasons
so they are not new and have sat in his garage for a long time
he told me they were mags and i must say they are light shame no markings on them other than et etc
will weigh them tommorrow what weight should we be looking at if mags??? and any other way to check???
