i see usually, on 1.6 cvh,

4wd cossie t3 (Complete), Tested using brakes, so held under full load.
2000rpm = 2psi
2500rpm = 5psi
3000rpm = 10psi
3250rpm = 18psi
3500rpm = 28psi


Std T3, and a stg1 T3 on same engine, just turbo swap and setup, Gets full boost at 2600rpm.
