i didnt think bread was especially bad for the body, but after hearing all this on the radio i was intreaged whether there was some bizare property to it/its ingredients that prevented you from losing weight or something!

btw whats the shelf life of them tbols i bought off you mate? ive still not done them as ive not been able to get a proper training regime going due to the shitty hours ive been working.

It can be done mate

When the weather gets better I work longer hours due to me being a scaffholder. I can drop the carbs whilst doing a 9hr day then onto doing a 6hr shift on the door. If you keep your water intake high and protien high you will be fine. You will feel shit for 5-7 days as your body is adjusting from having carbs to none at all, its like stopping smoking, you feel rough for a week or so. If you feel tired then eat a bit of chicken, anything with protien in but no carbs.

As for bread being bad, its fine, honestly!

The average life for Dianabol tabs is around 20 months. I sent you the natural Thermabol which can be bought in Holland & Barrett's, should have a sell by date stamped on them somewhere?
