Default WOULD IT MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

Ive spoken about this before. When i start my Turbs up from cold it fires up fine but then after a few seconds the revs just drop down to around 600rpm.So then i adjust the rev screw under the throtle housing but once the car has warm up then the engine revs to high and then i have to turn the revs back down. I was thinking would it make a difference to the problem if the THERMO TIME SWITCH and the TEMPERATURE SENSOR was faulty. Ive been thinking about changing these as well as getting some new injectors what do think? any advice about this would be appreciated CHEERS . By the way the car is chipped and its only been a few monthe since it was set up on the rollers at Power engineering where the tester said everything is sound.
