My missus works for RBS and like yourself has worked her arse off in 2008, she actually got invited to lunch with the directors not so long ago for the amount of sales she has sorted even in bad times but she is not expecting her annual bonus but has secured a £100+ pay rise per month.
But she has been working 6 days a week to crush her branches targets for no extra money as she's on a salary.
Top and bottom of it is the staff deserve a bonus as they're the ones that have to face the public.
