I know some people just chance it at the border and dont have any issues. but its a long way to go to get refused entry. The interview process is a bit of a bitch. you need to make an appointment first - you cant just turn up. then go for interview. i sat there for about 5 hours before being called. interview was all of 2 mins and i was on my way. naturally - you have to grease there palm with silver at every stage of the application.
