The Sapph has crappy rear suspension compared to most modern sports saloons. You can get it to handle well with a modified rear beam, geometry changes, bushes, shocks and springs, damper and other adjustments. You are starting with a base car that has limitations but with enough work you can make it handle well. It has the capability for very easy power though and this makes up for its other failings.
You're in Singapore and you have a Sapphire Cosworth? How did that happen? You must have the only one there.
