i got pulled towing my old xr3i by traffic cops, he said i needed the car that was doing the pullings number plate displayed on the xr3i and a light board or the lights working properly on the back of xr3i. and u must use a bar not a rope.
xr3i wasnt insured or taxed or motd ,he said that would be fine because its acting as a trailer.
